The incident occurred on Monday, September 8, 2014 at approximately 11:00 p.m. as a trooper on routine patrol observed a black Toyota Camry traveling on southbound Sussex Highway just north of Trussum Pond Road, in Laurel. The trooper observed that the Camry was following another vehicle at an unsafe distance and conducted a vehicle stop.
Upon contacting the operator of the vehicle, later identified as Tanisha M. Mader, 20, of Willingboro, New Jersey, it was determined that she was driving with a suspended driver’s license. Mader also produced an expired motor vehicle insurance card for the car. Tanisha Mader was then asked to exit her vehicle at which time a search of the car was conducted. During the search, troopers located over 3000 grams of marijuana in a plastic bag and suitcase in the trunk of the car.
Tanisha Mader was taken into custody and transported to Troop 5 where she was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Tier 3 Quantity, Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and several traffic charges. Mader was then arraigned and committed to the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution for lack of $50,500.00 cash bail.

5:32 PM: I'll let you in on a little secret. Many cops routinely cut a little of the marijuana from the busts for themselves and their friends. But they only take the best stuff. For a fact, cops have the best pot. Do I know this first hand? You bet!

Let's see. A traffic Violation, Driving on suspended, No insurance..oh..and Lots of weed in the car... But the cop was profiling..lol. Yes he was. He was profiling druggies who think they don;t have to live by the rules.
In Maryland, they would have confiscated the weed, impounded the trash heap of a car and made her move to East Church street.
Poor little "Gang Banger" The roots of her hair and the color of her eyes suggest Tanisha may come from the ghetto side of town.
