A Letter To The Editor: Military addresses being publicized

Joe,

The Us Army issued a warning to military families whose home addresses were released by Islamist terrrorists as targets. The Army, as you know, has warned these military families (whose warriors are often NOT HOME) to check the peep hole before opening the door and to not invite delivery people into their homes.

These young women and children are supposed to feel safe from lunatics seeking to please ISIS by locking their doors?

The US military claims they do not have room for these families on military bases. This is how we support our troops? We leave their families vulnerable to siege on US soil?

Only 100 addresses were released (I believe). Why can't we handle this?

Either they get 24/7 National Guard security or they should be moved.

If not our complacent government, there are 100 billionaires who could move these families easily. Why isn't it a bigger deal? Why isn't America screaming?

Well, if they live in neighborhoods like we do, they have neighbors that can get together and help protect them, but yes, the Army could provide some protection.
I'd guess their local law enforcement agencies would be watching closely, too.

We ALL need to stop being so self-absorbed and re-discover the sense of community and helpfulness our grandparents had.
Many of us have lived in communities for decades and don't even know the neighbors 2 or 3 houses down the street.
Hard times are ahead. I'd change that.

It is all fake, and the sooner your understand that the better...

You saw what the cops did for each other at the expense of tax payer money when that supposedly black guy names Chris Dornor went around shooting people... they had around the clock protection for the cops and their families, yet they can't do the same for the military?

This shit is all fake anyway, to keep you scared, living in fear of what? dying? well guess the fuck what, you have to die no matter what, that is something we all owe and can not get past it or change... The sooner you come to grips or reality with that, they sooner you can actually live your life... And if you lived your life as if it were the last each day anyway, you would have nothing to worry about...

This sounds like the work of liberal activists. Isn't this exactly what they do here? Lets call it soft terror.

Make sure the wife and any kids over 18 are trained and armed for protection of their homes. (2nd Amendment)

Don't wait until the child is 18 to train them. Train them young, practice with them often. By the time they are 18 they will be well trained in safety and hitting their intended target.

Get a decent alarm system, locks, lights and a dog or two.
