by the time you pay all the buyers fees there are not much good deals left at estate sales. The only one winning is the auction company. Its the same as the inventory at pawn shops. Over priced rubbish.

I always liked that place.I'll be there but I'm sure I'll be outbidded.

Is this the property of the Horseman guy who used to live there?

Road is way too busy for my taste. It could be used for a commercial establishment.... commercial all around it.

Maybe one could open a real crab house there with great customer service and good crabs.

I have to agree., 10%-13% fee?
They don't see me at their sales any longer.

4:52 PM
I've heard nothing good about the existing one. Perhaps you're on to something.

The Old Mill didn't get a wholesale contract and are screwed on Crabs.

Anonymous said...

Old Mill has been screwed since they towed that car from their lot as far as we are concerned. Have not been back and won't ever go in the future.

Very few people care about that car being towed. Signs are obvious and openly state their policy, and they are always packed.

So is the olive garden/red lobster but then again some people have poor taste in restaurants.

Must be the one who got their car towed.
